Dr Zhan Hao
is managing partner of AnJie Law Firm and has over ten years of experience in antitrust/competition law, including merger review filing, government investigation, private litigation and compliance consultancy. He has represented clients in mega merger deals, such as the ChemChina/Syngenta acquisition, which was the largest deal of the year and filed in dozens of jurisdictions. He has also argued for clients in high-stakes antitrust lawsuits before various levels of Chinese courts. Dr Zhan holds the vice chair of the Competition Commission of ICC China and has published several books on merger control and antitrust litigation. He is a regular writer and speaker for international publications and conferences.
