About Richard Prechtel

Richard Prechtel is the leading partner in the aviation practice group. He started his legal career with Airbus, Finkenwerder in 2009, and moved on to work on business aircraft transactions with a well-known business aviation boutique in 2012. After joining activelaw, Richard built up the aviation practice group to what it is today: the leading business aviation law firm in Germany. He is a licensed attorney and a notary in the district court of Hanover.
