About Amaury Reyes Torres

Amaury Reyes Torres has been involved in important transactions in the financial field of acquisitions and the negotiation of large-scale debts. He has also advised financial and insurance institutions on the incorporation of both local and foreign representative offices and subsidiaries. His practice is focused on civil law, commercial law, constitutional law, administrative law, alternative dispute resolution and contractual litigation arrangements. Amaury is a member of the New York State Bar, and a member and former president of the Latin American Council for International and Comparative Law Studies (COLADIC-RD).
