Amauris Vasquez Disla has ample experience in handling transactions in corporate/commercial, business transactions, dispute resolution and several other practice areas. He assists clients in corporate and business law, and in the practice areas of project financing, M&A, leasing and purchase agreements. He has significant experience in advising and working with project developers in the country, and in drafting documentation and negotiations among stakeholders and brokers, strategic planning and advising mega projects in the tourism and infrastructure sectors. Amauris is the President of the Board of Directors of the British Chamber of Commerce in Dominican Republic (BRITCHAM).
