Nathalie Abreu Mejia has ample experience in the legal aspects of corporate and business law, project structuring (especially regarding M&A) and the sale of high-value assets, which has allowed her to provide legal advice and to assist clients in securing financing for the development of projects. She has worked in the development of important projects in the energy and mining sectors, from the preparation of a project's due diligence to obtaining all the necessary permits for its commissioning. Nathalie is a member of the board of directors at Mujeres en Energía Renovable RD (MER-RD).
