Barry L Gogel
is the managing partner of the Baltimore office of Rifkin Weiner Livingston LLC. He has represented clients in the sports industry since 2000 in a variety of matters, including: telecast rights and fees disputes, facility development negotiations, eminent domain defence, amusement tax dispute, and player investigations concerning performance-enhancing drugs. He is currently an adjunct professor of Sports and the Law at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law.
