Margarita Álvarez Jiménez is an associate in the tax consulting practice. She specialises in providing advice to individuals and corporations in their operations executed in Mexico and abroad in tax matters including estate planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructures and real estate projects, tax due diligence, tax diagnoses, and assistance in tax compliance, including the application of tax treaties for the avoidance of double taxation and the Multilateral Instrument (MLI).
