Luis Marin-Tobar is a partner at Lexvalor Abogados in the antitrust/competition and IP practices. Luis has extensive experience in antitrust/competition matters in Ecuador since the enactment of the first domestic competition law in 2011, international experience with a top US law firm in Brussels in 2013, and has participated in many global multi-jurisdictional merger control matters in Ecuador. He has been consistently distinguished by specialized publications as a leading figure in this field and has been appointed as Non-Governmental Advisor of the Ecuadorean Competition Authority with the ICN for two terms 2021-2024.
