About Clara Lambret Frotté Silva

Clara Lambret Frotté Silva is a senior associate in SLK’s dispute resolution team. She attained her LLB from Fundação Getúlio Vargas Rio de Janeiro and holds a post-grad degree in procedural law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. She handles numerous class actions filed either by the Public Prosecutor’s Office (federal and state level) or private parties. Her areas of practice include administrative and regulatory law, civil and commercial litigation, consumer law, construction disputes, civil liability, and arbitration.
