About João Ricardo Habib

João Ricardo Habib is an associate in SLK’s dispute resolution team. He attained his LLB degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas Rio de Janeiro in mid-2018. In over five years at the firm, he has handled numerous class actions filed either by the Public Prosecutor’s Office (federal and state level) or private parties. Overall, these claims are aimed at the public officials or private companies the firm represents and relate to matters of diffuse or collective interest, such as the Public Treasury. João is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro chapter.
