She has wide-ranging experience in numerous fields, including antitrust/competition, M&A, international trade, international dispute resolution, and general corporate law. She represents domestic and international clients with merger filings, both inside Japan and across multiple international jurisdictions, and also advises companies on compliance with various antitrust laws and regulations. Yumiko received her LLB degree from the University of Tokyo in 2017 and was admitted to practice law in Japan in 2018.
