About Claire Huijts

Claire Huijts has been working as an employment lawyer since 2016 and has been affiliated with Rutgers & Posch since 2024. She advises national and international clients, both in the public and private sector. Claire has a particular interest in the area where employment law and human rights intersect and, in that context, specialises in equal treatment law (discrimination cases). She has litigation experience in the civil courts, the administrative courts, and at The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights.
