About Inge de Laat

Inge de Laat is a specialist in (corporate) employment law at Rutgers & Posch. She advises domestic and international companies and their boards on matters such as collective lay-offs, individual dismissals, privacy issues and the employment-law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Inge also represents her clients in court. She furthermore assists management and works councils in complex advisory processes, such as mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations. Inge’s experience includes the healthcare sector. Inge is a member of the editorial staff of employment-law journal Arbeidsrecht, and a member of Dutch Employment Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
