About Maarten Minnaard

Maarten Minnaard is counsel in the employment and pensions team at Rutgers & Posch. He specialises in Dutch pension law and advises employers, pension funds, insurers, works councils and consultants on the legal aspects of pension arrangements. With over 20 years of experience, he has a strong focus on litigation and regularly represents clients in pension-related disputes and collective labour agreement matters. Maarten is both a civil lawyer and a tax lawyer, with a background in payroll tax. He publishes frequently and serves on the editorial board of Pensioenbrief. He is a member of the Association for Pension Law and the Association of Pension Specialists (KPS).
