About Maarten Minnaard

Maarten Minnaard is counsel at Rutgers & Posch and heads the firm’s pensions practice. He specialises in pension law, bringing a dual background in civil and tax law to his advice on both the legal and fiscal dimensions of pension arrangements. He advises and represents employers, pension funds, insurance companies and works councils in contentious and non-contentious matters. Maarten is a member of the editorial board of Pensioenbrief, a member of the Dutch Association for Pension Law (Vereniging voor Pensioenrecht) and a member of the Association of Pension Specialists (Kring van pensioenspecialisten, KPS).
