About Remmert Koster

Remmert Koster is an attorney at Rutgers & Posch and a member of the employment and pensions practice group. Within pension law, his work focuses primarily on mandatory participation disputes (werkingssfeer), advising employers on whether their activities fall within the scope of a mandatory industry-wide pension fund and representing clients in proceedings before the courts and sectoral pension funds. He handles both advisory and contentious matters in this area. Remmert holds a master’s degree in civil law from VU University Amsterdam and is a member of the Dutch Association for Pension Law (Vereniging voor Pensioenrecht).
