About Tijmen Noordoven

Tijmen Noordoven is managing partner at Rutgers & Posch and a specialist in (corporate) employment law. He advises both national and international companies on strategic matters such as reorganisations, collective redundancies, and negotiations with works councils and trade unions. Tijmen also advises works councils in complex participation processes and has expertise in bonus and option plans. Besides his knowledge of employment law, he is also a Certified Pension Lawyer (CPL) and advises employers on pension-related issues. Tijmen serves on the board of the Amsterdam Employment Lawyers Association and is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
