has extensive experience in institutional tax within the financial industry (credit institutions, insurance companies and investment services companies), at both a national and international level, and usually deals with tax issues related to all kinds of financial agreements and transactions (including securitisation transactions and debt instrument issues). He is also engaged in corporate restructuring transactions, M&A and tax planning for both inbound and outbound investments. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, has a Degree in Law from Universidad Carlos III, Madrid (Spain), and participates on a regular basis as a lecturer at the Centro de Estudios Financieros.
