is a senior associate whose main areas of expertise are providing national and international tax advice to family businesses and large estates, providing ongoing advice on corporate restructuring transactions, and handling M&A and tax planning for inbound and outbound investment structures, with special dedication to those related to real estate. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and has a Master’s degree in company law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues as well as an executive Master’s degree in company law from the same institution, in collaboration with Harvard University. He regularly lectures on Master’s courses and at training forums regarding taxation.
