About Ernesto García-Trevijano Castillo

Ernesto García-Trevijano Castillo has been an associate lawyer at GTA Villamagna since 2017 and specialises in environmental law, administrative litigation and public procurement, as well as other areas of law. He has been involved in both advising and defending (before the administration and in court) several companies that operate in different environmental sectors, including water, energy, waste treatment, etc. In addition, he has been involved in environmental matters as diverse as permits and licences, contaminated land, waste management, environmental damage, expropriations affecting land with high environmental protection, administrative liability proceedings and claims before the Administration.
