About Ernesto García-Trevijano Garnica

Ernesto García-Trevijano Garnica acted as a legal adviser at the Consejo de Estado, the supreme advisory body of the Spanish government, from 1984 and worked in key sectors including industry and energy. From 2002 to 2012, he led the public law department at Baker McKenzie in Madrid, which included energy and natural resources matters. In November 2012, he founded GTA Villamagna Abogados, where he has since focused on key issues in public law, environmental and natural resources matters in Spain, advising top clients in the energy sector and handling major renewable energy projects and dispute resolution.
