About Javier García Tramón

Javier García Tramón is a senior associate lawyer specialised in environmental administrative litigation and public procurement law. He joined GTA Villamagna in 2015. He has advised major corporations and public administrations in the water, chemical, mining and energy sectors on a broad range of environmental issues, including permits and licensing, contaminated soils, waste management and environmental liability proceedings. Javier also regularly defends clients, at pre-suit stage and before the courts, in all types of administrative, arbitration and civil proceedings against Spanish public bodies regarding environmental matters, energy and natural resources, and public infrastructure contracts.
