About Jesús Estrada Lopez

Jesús Estrada Lopez joined GTA Villamagna Abogados at the time of its foundation (in November 2012), and was appointed partner in January 2020. He has remarkable expertise in the relevant acquisition deals of energy production assets and offers day-to-day advice and support in the development and management of renewable energy assets. He is directly in charge of providing legal advice and support to clients on energy and natural resources regulatory matters and takes care of negotiations in the sale-and-purchase agreements of related assets. He also has expertise in the natural resources sector, especially regarding public concessions in mining and water.
