About Daniel Silver

Daniel Silver is a solicitor and partner at JHAB. He is an experienced litigator with over 20 years’ experience. His practice focuses on high-value commercial disputes involving UHNWIs and corporates, usually with an international element. He has experience in multi-jurisdictional shareholder and trust disputes as well as civil fraud, financial services and investment funds and art-related disputes. Daniel has acted on several high-profile cases in the UK as well as in the courts of the Cayman Islands, BVI, Bahamas, Monaco, Russia, Switzerland, Panama and Cyprus. He also has considerable experience in international arbitration, including under ICC and LCIA rules.
