About David Bornn

David Bornn is a senior attorney with Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC and represents clients in the energy, hospitality and government relations sectors, among others. He graduated from Trinity College and received his JD from Villanova University School of Law. David has practised transaction law since 1981 in the USVI. He served as chief legal counsel to Governor Albert Bryan Jr from 2018–22, and is admitted to practise law in the USVI and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
