About David Bornn

David Bornn graduated from Trinity College and received his JD from Villanova University School of Law. He has practised transaction law since 1981 in the USVI, and served as Chief Legal Counsel to Governor Albert Bryan Jr. from 2018 through 2022. David is admitted to practise law in the USVI and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
