Duncan J J Kessler graduated from UC Berkeley on the Dean’s List with BAs in Latin and Political Science with a sub-focus in International Relations. He received his JD summa cum laude from Washington College of Law at American University and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC, he clerked for four years for the Honorable Denise Francois at the Superior Court of the US Virgin Islands, interned at the DC Superior Court and was a paralegal for three years at the Law Offices of Linda M Hoffman.
