About Jessica McKenney

Jessica McKenney is an attorney who assists Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC with mostly residency and tax matters. She earned a JD/MA in international affairs from American University Washington College of Law with a focus on human rights, and while attending, she earned the Exceptional Pro Bono Service Honors and interned for non-profits such as AARP Foundation Litigation. Jessica clerked for the Honorable Kathleen Y. Mackay at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, and chaired the Virgin Islands Bar Association Legislation and Law Reform Committee. She is admitted to the practice of law in the US Virgin Islands, in the District of Columbia and before the US Tax Court.
