About Jessica McKenney

Jessica McKenney is a lawyer at Marjorie Rawls Roberts, P.C. She earned a JD/MA in international affairs from the Washington College of Law at American University with a focus on human rights. Jessica clerked for the Honourable Kathleen Y. Mackay at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands and was legal counsel for the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources Division of Coastal Zone Management. She has been admitted to practice law in the USVI and the District of Columbia, as well as before the US Tax Court. Jessica assists the Law Firm in tax and business matters.
