About Marjorie (“Jorie”) Roberts

Marjorie (“Jorie”) Roberts is the managing partner of Marjorie Rawls Roberts, P.C. She holds law degrees from Harvard Law School, Cambridge University and New York University. She previously worked for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, the US Treasury Department and the USVI Bureau of Internal Revenue, and as general counsel of Globalvest Management Company. Jorie specialises in territorial residency matters and income-sourcing advice, among other areas. She is admitted to practice law in the USVI, the State of California, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Supreme Court, and before the US Tax Court. Jorie is also a solicitor in England & Wales and the British Virgin Islands.
