Sean received a BBA cum laude from Texas Tech University and a JD cum laude from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with the law firm Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver in Washington, DC. He is admitted to practise law in the USVI, Texas, Virginia and the District of Columbia, a solicitor in England and Wales, and licensed to practise law in the British Virgin Islands.
