About Sean Foster

Sean Foster is a partner with Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC. He assists clients with the formation and design of new business ventures and the restructuring of existing business ventures to optimise tax efficiencies, asset protection and wealth succession. Sean received a BBA cum laude from Texas Tech University and a JD cum laude from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to joining Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC, Sean was associated with Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver in Washington, DC. He is admitted to practise law in the USVI, Texas, Virginia and the District of Columbia, and is a solicitor in England & Wales and the British Virgin Islands.
