About Dr Alan Littler

Dr Alan Littler focuses primarily on remote gambling operators and adjacent spheres of activity, such as loot boxes and (social) gaming. He also advises those providing services to the gambling sector, such as payment service providers and software providers. In January 2019, he co-authored the European Commission Report, “Evaluation of regulatory tools for enforcing online gambling rules and channelling demand towards controlled offers”. Advising clients as they prepare for the remote gambling licensing process is a key part of Alan’s work, as is tackling new matters for licensees entering the remote market for the first time.
