About Andreas Schregenberger

Andreas Schregenberger is a senior associate at GABRIEL Arbitration. Since 2013, Andreas has represented international businesses, organisations and individuals in a broad range of disputes, with a focus on construction, engineering, energy, banking, and various issues under international and domestic contract laws. He has acted as arbitrator, counsel and secretary in over 35 arbitration proceedings, involving disputed amounts of more than EUR150 million. Andreas has been involved in cases under ICC, Swiss, VIAC, LCIA, ISTAC, and ad hoc arbitration rules involving various legal systems. Andreas has acted as a mentor and group advisor in prestigious mentoring programmes and is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the Viennese Attorney’s Society UNION, and the Europe Sub-Committee of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations. Andreas studied law at the University of Zurich (MLaw UZH) and holds an LLM degree from Georgetown University Law Center (Fulbright Fellow).
