About Johannes Landbrecht

Johannes Landbrecht has acted, for more than ten years, as counsel and tribunal secretary in disputes ranging from a few thousand dollars up to several billion dollars of amount in dispute, with a particular focus on energy and IP-related disputes. The respective proceedings were conducted under all the major arbitration rules involving more than a dozen legal systems. He represented a wide variety of clients, including state-owned enterprises and several Fortune 500 companies. Johannes is a member of ASA, DIS, ICC YAF, ICDR Y&I, YAAP, LCIA's YIAG, and YSIAC, is a regional co-ordinator for DIS40 in Switzerland and is admitted to the bar in Germany, Switzerland, and England & Wales (barrister). Johannes teaches at university level as well as regularly speaks on arbitration and dispute-related topics.
