About Kyum Lee

Kyum Lee heads BDGS Associés’s dispute resolution and international arbitration practice. He focuses on complex commercial disputes and commercial arbitration, handling many high-profile cases, and with extensive experience of French pre-action evidence-gathering procedures. Recent work includes: shareholders’ dispute regarding enforcement of a put option contained in a shareholders’ agreement (value over USD1.5 billion); shareholders’ dispute in the luxury sector concerning the payment of dividends due under a shareholders’ agreement (value over USD300 million); dispute between the seller and purchaser of a company in the renewable energy sector; and dispute concerning the performance and termination of an international partnership in the retail sector. Kyum is co-author of several legal works.
