About Kyum Lee

Kyum Lee heads BDGS Associés’s dispute resolution and international arbitration practice. He focuses on complex commercial disputes and commercial arbitration, handling many high-profile cases, and has extensive experience of French pre-action evidence-gathering procedures. Recent work includes shareholders’ disputes regarding enforcement of a put option contained in a shareholders’ agreement (value over USD1.5 billion) and, in the luxury sector, the payment of dividends due under a shareholders’ agreement (value over USD300 million); a dispute between the seller and purchaser of a company in the renewable energy sector (value over USD100 million); and a dispute concerning the performance and termination of an international partnership in the retail sector (value over USD400 million).
