About Kyum Lee

Kyum Lee heads BDGS Associés’s dispute resolution and international arbitration practice. He focuses on complex commercial disputes and commercial arbitration, handling many high-profile cases, and with extensive experience of French pre-action evidence-gathering procedures. Recent work includes: shareholders’ dispute over enforcement of a put option contained in a shareholders’ agreement of a merchant and processor of agricultural goods (value over USD1.5 billion); shareholders’ dispute concerning the payment of dividends under a shareholders’ agreement of a luxury group (value over USD300 million); dispute between seller and purchaser of a company in renewable energy; and dispute concerning the performance and termination of an international partnership in retail. Kyum is co-author of several legal texts.
