Vincent de Bonnafos has expertise in banking/financial, advanced tech, automotive and sports regulations. He is active on M&A transactions as well as regulatory filings with Monaco regulators in connection with acquisitions and indirect changes of control. Vincent holds a PhD in Corporate Law. He is an associate researcher and lecturer at Université Côte d’Azur on banking, financial, crypto and AI regulations. In 2024, Vincent became a partner at DL Corporate & Regulatory and is a member of the Monaco Chambre des Conseils Juridiques.
