About Carlos Hernandez

Carlos Hernandez is an attorney at law who, in addition to his Mexican legal qualifications, has pursued postgraduate studies at Georgetown Law Center, Washington, D.C. and Trinity College, Dublin. He has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property practice and 22 years of experience in litigation. He joined BC&B in 2005, was named an associate at the firm in 2013 and a partner in 2018. He leads the firm’s administrative litigation group and his areas of practice include intellectual property litigation, administrative litigation law, domain name litigation, consumer protection litigation, regulatory litigation, piracy, and contracts. He is an active member of AMPPI, the International Trademark Association and the Mexican Bar Association.
