Juan Carlos Amaro
is an attorney at law with a masters in business law and a specialisation in constitutional law from Universidad Panamericana. He obtained the ILEC from Cambridge in 2006. He has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of intellectual property, administrative litigation, amparo appeals and foreign trade. He is currently a senior partner at BC&B and leads the intellectual property litigation, the trade mark and copyright, and the corporate and commercial law practice groups at the firm. Juan Carlos represents clients in global IP and commercial strategy matters and has represented national and international clients in over 500 litigations. His practice includes IP litigation and consulting, amparo appeals, and commercial contracts and foreign trade. He is a member of AMPPI, the ICC and the Mexican Bar Association.
