About Hoang Nguyen Ha Quyen

Hoang Nguyen Ha Quyen is a founding partner of LNT & Partners, with her practice focusing on corporate and M&A. She advises on M&A, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate and investment. Chambers has ranked her as a corporate/M&A expert, and she has been involved in the successful completion of various projects – including numerous high-profile foreign-invested projects, M&A, restructuring and corporate management – many of which were in the form of joint ventures. Ms Quyen Hoang is also a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, the Vietnam Bar Federation and the Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC). She is an arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre and a visiting lecturer at the Vietnam Judicial Academy.
