About Jimena Caldas

Jimena Caldas is the manager of the transfer pricing team at +Value, and specialises in economic consultancy, audit assistance, valuations and compliance. Along with a degree in economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a corporate finance specialisation from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), and MBA candidacy at Pacifico Business School, she boasts over 12 years of experience. Jimena was the Transfer Pricing Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) and Country Manager at Basefirma in Peru. As a senior consultant at EY and Deloitte, she handled transfer pricing projects across sectors like consumer goods, energy, healthcare, and hydrocarbons for local and international corporate groups.
