About Tania Quispe

Tania Quispe is +Value’s leading partner, and holds a degree in economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a master’s degree in economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Rio de Janeiro, specialising in finance. With over a decade spent at Deloitte & Touche, she was a pioneer in the field of transfer pricing, specialising in it since 2001, eventually becoming the head of the Peruvian Tax Administration (SUNAT). During her tenure at SUNAT, she established the International Tax and Transfer Pricing section, in collaboration with the OECD. Additionally, she served as President of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) and as Executive Director at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
