About Erwin Purba

Erwin Purba is a founder of Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah. Erwin and and partner in the firm’s corporate practice group. He brings 29 years of experience in Indonesia, South Asia, South-East Asia and Australia. His principal areas of practice include corporate and commercial, foreign investment, M&A, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), data protection, trade and general regulatory and compliance advisory work and commercial disputes. Erwin has successfully assisted clients in a number of major debt restructuring involving the sale of major assets of the restructured companies, the acquisition and sales of shares and assets in companies in Indonesia and a number of high-profile disputes. Erwin is a licensed Indonesian advocate (Peradi) and has published articles and spoken at seminars related to data protection laws.
