Indra Prawira is a senior associate in the corporate practice group of Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah. Indra focuses his practice on general corporate, commercial and trade, projects, energy and resources, shipping and dispute resolution. He has wide ranging experience in advising and assisting clients in M&A, foreign investments, mining and oil and gas activities, international trade, structured and secured trade finance, shipping, corporate governance and compliance, and commercial dispute resolution. He is a practicing lawyer qualified and licensed in Indonesia and a member of the Association of Indonesian Advocate (Peradi). He has also received a Certificate of Competency in Arbitration from the Indonesian Arbitration Institute (IArBI).
