Suzana Popovic-Montag
was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1997 and is the managing partner of Hull & Hull LLP. She practises exclusively in the areas of estates, trusts, capacity and fiduciary litigation, and has extensive experience in contentious proceedings, including will challenges, passings of accounts, fiduciary litigation, will interpretations and dependant’s relief proceedings. Suzana is also a specialised estate mediator (having been trained at Harvard Law School) with Hull Estate Mediation Inc, focusing on pre-death and post-death estate resolutions.
