About Suzana Popovic-Montag

Suzana Popovic-Montag is the managing partner at Hull & Hull LLP, where she practises exclusively in the areas of estates, trusts, capacity, and fiduciary litigation. Suzana was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1997 and has extensive experience in contentious proceedings, including will challenges, passings of accounts, will interpretations and dependant’s relief proceedings. She is also a specialised estate mediator (having been trained at Harvard Law School) with Hull Estate Mediation Inc, focusing on pre-death and post-death estate resolutions.
