About Mathias Mølsted

Mathias Mølsted is a senior associate at Bird & Bird in the Danish tech and comms team. Mathias advises both suppliers and customers on tech, with a primary focus on contracts, including outsourcing, licenses, development, hardware, telecommunications and hosting set-ups. He also assists with IT aspects of corporate or M&A transactions, especially transfer and transition services. Secondly, he advises on regulatory issues and compliance projects. He has also co-authored a book on information security with a focus on Danish legislation implementing NIS I.
