About Mathias Pahl

Mathias Pahl is a junior associate at Bird & Bird in the Danish tech and comms team, advising national and international clients on contractual and regulatory matters within IT. Mathias has experience with assisting public and private entities with larger transactions, outsourcing project telecommunications contracts and establishing contractual set-ups for smaller start-ups. He has previously worked as an IT consultant, from which he gained insight into the commercial and technical aspects when acting as an adviser, ensuring a good understanding of the interplay between legal, commercial and technical aspects.
