About Anna Fernqvist Svensson

Anna Fernqvist Svensson is a partner at Hellström Advokatbyrå KB, and heads the firm’s Data Protection Team. With more than 20 years of experience in data protection, she provides legal advice on complex data protection matters. Client assignments include acting as DPO, assisting DPOs in their daily work, drafting DPIAs, assessments of third-country transfers, camera surveillance, personal data breaches, AI, whistle-blowing, and dispute resolution. Anna advises clients within the industries of real estate, IT, retail, energy, transport, and pharmaceuticals both within the private and the public sector. She is an experienced lecturer. Anna is a member of Andersen’s IT, IP and Data Protection service line.
