About Arvid Sundelin

Arvid Sundelin is a partner at Hellström Law Firm, working exclusively in energy and environmental law and with extensive experience of permit processes (mostly hydro power, wind power, CHP plants, mining operations, wood pulp plants, lumber) and assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence. Focusing on hydro power and environmental quality standards, Arvid has been involved in the preparation of legislation by assisting a number of social actors in negotiations with the Ministry of the Environment. He is a member of the Swedenergy legal group and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise’s environmental law group, and a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
