Karl-Fredrik Björklund is a distinguished expert in data protection and GDPR compliance, serving as Data Protection Officer and adviser to major organisations, including government authorities. He possesses extensive experience in complex commercial IT agreements, outsourcing arrangements and system deliveries, as well as commercial dispute resolution in court and arbitration proceedings. Karl-Fredrik has served as course leader for the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection’s (IMY) data protection training programmes and is Vice Chairman of the Forum for Data Protection, a professional association dedicated to developing DPO competence.
