About Karl-Fredrik Björklund

Karl-Fredrik Björklund is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has more than 20 years of experience working with data protection law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), along with handling legal issues in circumstances where data and information is handled by different organisations. He is a member of the data protection and employment law practice group at Hellström Law. Karl-Fredrik also works in labour law/employment law, and he has wide-ranging experience of working with complex contracts within the IT sector, including outsourcing and IT system delivery. He also handles commercial disputes, in court and arbitration, in several areas of law.
