About Ingela Sundelin

Ingela Sundelin is a partner at Hellström Law Firm, working exclusively in energy and environmental law. She focuses on representing operators in permit and regulatory matters (including wind power plants, solar parks and battery energy storage systems) in accordance with the Environmental Code and the Planning and Building Act, assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence, and working with authorities in matters concerning legislation. Ingela is often hired as a lecturer in environmental law and is a member of the Swedish Association for Environmental Law. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
