About Manne Bergnéhr

Manne Bergnéhr is a partner at Hellström Law Firm and heads the M&A, corporate and commercial department. He specialises in M&A and EU competition and regulatory law, with considerable experience representing buyers and sellers in Sweden, the EU and internationally. Manne manages all legal aspects of transactions and advises clients in cross-border M&A projects. He has significant industry experience from the energy, public infrastructure, petrochemical, customer service and pharmacy sectors. In competition and EU law, he advises clients on compliance matters, assists with merger filings and represents clients in abuse and cartel cases in court, including phase II merger proceedings at EU level. Manne is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
